If you ever wished a harmonic, calm place surrounded by green forests, where you can take a bath between beautiful water lilies in the world's largest natural spa lake, and both your soul and body can rejuvenate and refreshed, Hévíz is the perfect choice for you.

We warmly welcome you from the heart of Hévíz city, in a calm area, only 10 minutes walk from the spa lake, from our new, stylish 45 m² apartment that is suitable for 4 persons as an ideal relaxation and entertainment place.
Both style and comfort were high priorities when we constructed it. We carefully selected and installed the furniture, decoration and other parts for the interior, with attention to small details, creating a harmonic and cosy einvironment.

The completely equipped apartement consist of a bedroom, a living room-kitchen combo, and a bathroom. The ideal temperature is maintained by electric shades and modern wall-heating so even in the summer you will not be disturbed by unpleasant airflow. We provide a free parking place in our underground-garage for one car as well where you can use an elevator to reach the different floors. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee places and a nice bakery in our close neighbourhood.

Hévíz is located in the west corner of the lake Balaton, by the feet of the Keszthely-mountain in a magical, hilly region. This true gem of Hungary got famous for its amazing spa that is the biggest, biologically active, vulcanic origin, natural thermal lake. In the summer the temperature of the water might reach up to 38 ⁰C but even in the winter it does not go below 24 ⁰C. The thermal water is not only effective for curing special health problems but health prevention as well. After your refreshing bath you can enjoy a meal or drink in a wide range of restaurants, bars, coffeee places. The Egregy cellars offers you their tasty wines.
If you live your live active, you have many opportunities for sports within the city or in the surrounding area. Should you want to do yoga, balloon ride, nordic walking, golf, tai-chi, tennis, horseback riding or cycling.
You will not be disappointed either if you prefer hiking since there are many hiking paths around. Tour rides to the local castle ruins with breathtaking Balaton panoramas are very famous. In the winter time you can go canoeing in the steaming stream of Hévíz lake.

It is not allowed to have loud parties.
Smoking and lighting candles are stricktly prohibited in the entire building.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests who are singing in must be minimum 18 years old.
It is forbidden to making noise between 22:00-8:00 hours.
Please collect your plastic garbage in a separate container.

Reservation, cancellation policy and prices

The apartment needs to be reserved minimum 2 days prior arrival. The minimum number of bookings are 2 nights, and for maximum 4 persons.
Your reservation will be valid only if you transfer 50% of your room price for your full stay as a deposit within 3 days after your reservation. We will send you an invoice and a confirmation e-mail about it. The rest of the money has to be transferred on the day of arrival the latest.
If you do last minute reservation, please transfer the price for your full stay at least 2 days prior to your arrival.
Please bring all your identification documents (passports and/or id card) with you for verification.
You can completely cancel your reservation before the 7th day of your arrival. In this case we return your full deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, we keep the full deposit.

The prices listed on our website do not include the Tourist TAX that has to be paid after guests over 18 years old (IFA), that is 680 HUF/person/night in Hévíz. This amount has to be paid in cash.
